The Full Focus Foods is an interactive cooking class that teaches your employees about the best, most nutritious foods to keep your focus on the important tasks at hand, all day long. During class, we create a meal with proven foods that maximize brain power while engaging in conversation about how to effectively pay attention at work, all day long.

A detailed equipment and shopping list will be sent to you well in advance of the class so you have plenty of time to get ready

3. Let’s Cook!

Before the class starts, we’ll make sure Zoom is working and together we start cooking and chatting about how to keep the focus at work

Cooking Class Details

  • Class is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, on Zoom (or another platform of your choosing).
  • This Full Focus Foods Cooking Class is a combination of discussion about the best ways to maximize focus and concentration at work, and tasting what we talk about. Participants can get prepared to cook and learn while having fun!
  • Dietary changes can be accommodated. The recipes are free of gluten, dairy, and any refined ingredients. Vegan, pescatarian, and/or nut-free options are available.
  • Questions about ingredients and substitutions? We can help with that too, just reach out.
  • Prices for Full Focus Foods start at $1500

What recipes will I make in the cooking class?
In Full Focus Foods participants will prepare 3 nutritious, delicious recipes and also receive any relevant handouts. We will cook Pistachio Herb Crusted Chicken, a seasonal Kale Quinoa Salad, and Lemon Dijon Dressing
What kitchen equipment will I need?
For this class, you will need some basic setup such as a cutting board, kitchen knife, sheet pan, and salad bowl. Each participant will receive a detailed list of equipment well in advance of the class.
What ingredients will I need?
While class is focused on healthy cooking, ingredients are straightforward with items you can definitely find in any grocery store.
Do you ship ingredients?
Unfortunately we do not. The Full Focus Foods Cooking Class uses many perishable ingredients and therefore would not be feasible to ship.
