Cooking Class Details

  • The Lessen Your Stress Cooking Class is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, on Zoom (or another platform of your choosing)
  • The class is a combination of discussions about the best ways to relax and chill at work along with tasting what we talk about. Be prepared to learn while having fun!
  • Dietary changes can be accommodated. The recipes are free of gluten and any refined ingredients. Substitutions can easily be made.
  • Questions about ingredients and substitutions? We can help with that too. Just reach out for help.
  • Ingredients are easy to find and accessible within any grocery store.

“I’ve Got A Couple of Questions…”

What recipes will I make in the cooking class?
In Lessen Your Stress, participants will prepare 3 nutritious, delicious recipes and also receive any relevant handouts. We will make Black Bean Cauliflower Burrito Bowls, Roasted Cumin Spiced Cauliflower, and a flavorful Cilantro Lime Drizzle.
What kitchen equipment will I need?
For this class, you will need some basic setup such as a cutting board, kitchen knife, sheet pan, and sautée pan. Each participant will receive a detailed list of equipment well in advance of the class.
What ingredients will I need?
While the class is focused on healthy cooking, ingredients are straightforward with items you can definitely find in any grocery store.
Do you ship ingredients?
Unfortunately we do not. The Lessen Your Stress Cooking Class uses many perishable ingredients and therefore would not be feasible to ship.
